95J904 Stain Blocking Exterior Primer is our fine quality exterior/interior latex primer for use on woods that can discolor a dried topcoat appearance through "tannic acid bleeding". This Primer can be used on Cedar, Redwood, Pine, Fir and Hemlock - all of which may contain high amounts of water soluble tannin stain producing materials. 95J904 is designed as a first coat for factory application of wood surfaces and will improve topcoat adhesion.
